John and Brian first founded Pastiche Bistro in the late 90's and are now back in Stafford offering a relaxed French inspired bistro style casual dining.
We are in the same building as we were in the early days, upstairs at 1-2 Mill Street. Myself and Brian Woods who founded the original bistro are back working together. Brian is on board as our consultant chef backed by our head chef Jake Coles and myself and the restaurant manager Matthew are out front with a group of Stafford's finest young assistants. I am looking forward to catching up with many of the customers from back in the early days once again". John Ashmore

Opening Times Tuesday to Saturday - 12noon - 2pm and 5pm - 8pm.

Lovely meal, excellent friendly service and great value. A really good variation on menu and 3 courses for £25 is excellent value for money. Definitely will be returning.
